Using the service
These Terms of Use apply when you access Mama Wave websites, parent accounts, mobile applications, content, and related services. You must be legally able to accept these terms and must provide accurate account information. Mama Wave is intended for a parent or caregiver to manage; children do not create accounts or make purchases.
Parent and caregiver responsibility
You are responsible for protecting your sign-in information, supervising child use, selecting content appropriate for your family, and keeping profile information current. A child nickname and broad age stage should be used instead of unnecessary identifying details. Contact Mama Wave promptly if you believe an account or device is being used without permission.
Content and acceptable use
Mama Wave grants a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use available content for your household while your access remains active. Do not copy, redistribute, sell, reverse engineer, interfere with, scrape, misuse, or attempt unauthorized access to the service, protected audio, accounts, or data. Third-party store terms may also apply to mobile downloads and subscriptions.
Subscriptions, billing, and cancellation
Prices, currency, billing periods, trial availability, renewal, and cancellation are presented in parent space and confirmed through the applicable Apple or Google store. Store records control the final transaction terms. Cancelling stops future renewal but does not normally create a refund for a completed period unless the store or applicable law provides one.
Wellbeing and safety boundary
Mama Wave supports everyday family calm, routines, and connection. It is not medical, mental-health, developmental, diagnostic, treatment, crisis, or emergency service advice. Use your own judgement and seek qualified professional or emergency support when a child or family member may need it.
Availability, changes, termination, and contact
Features and content may change as the product develops, rights expire, stores update, or safety requires. We may restrict access for misuse, security risk, non-payment, or violation of these terms.
