Essential website storage
Mama Wave uses essential cookies and similar storage for secure sign-in, session continuity, request protection, accessibility, and core website operation. These functions are necessary to provide an authenticated parent space and cannot be disabled through an optional analytics preference.
Optional analytics
If privacy-friendly analytics are enabled, Mama Wave will use limited product information to understand reliability and improve navigation without building advertising profiles for children. Optional analytics should remain off until the relevant consent choice and production configuration are available.
Waitlist, newsletter, and account email
Waitlist and newsletter messages are separate from necessary account email such as verification, password reset, security, privacy-request, and service notices. You can unsubscribe from optional messages using the link in an email or by contacting Mama Wave. Necessary service messages may continue while an account remains active.
Saved preferences and device records
Parent selections such as saved content can synchronize with the account. Mobile download records can be shown on the website, but the files remain on the device and must be removed there. Browser storage is not presented as a substitute for mobile offline downloads.
Exporting or deleting your information
Authenticated parents can request a JSON export or permanent account deletion from Privacy & Security. Sensitive requests require password confirmation. Deleting a website account does not remotely erase files already downloaded to a phone or tablet and does not automatically cancel an app-store subscription.
Regional choices and contact
Privacy rights and required notices can differ between Canada and the United States. Mama Wave will apply available access, correction, deletion, and opt-out choices based on the verified request and applicable location. Use the contact form for help with a preference or privacy request.
